GSE Integrated Panel System Installation.

Lawson Electrical recently completed a 14 panel solar system install in Leigh-On-Sea. This was for a newly renovated house where requirements for solar were made by building control for the final sign off. The customer was keen to make their newly renovated house as economical as possible regardless of the requirements. They therefore opted for as many panels as possible with a hybrid inverter to allow for batteries to be added at a later date.

As the customer was having the roof of the house completely re-done the customer chose a GSE integrated panel system. GSE integrated panels are a type of solar panel that is installed directly into the roof of a building. They are designed to blend in with the roof, so they do not add visual clutter to the building.

This type of system has several advantages over traditional PV systems, including:

  • Aesthetics: GSE integrated solar panels are designed to blend in with the roof.
  • Durability: GSE integrated solar panels are made from durable materials specifically designed for in roof mounting only. This means they can withstand the elements and require less maintenance than traditional PV systems.
  • Efficiency: GSE integrated solar panels are able to capture more sunlight than traditional PV systems, which means they can generate more electricity.
  • Design: GSE integrated solar panels are designed to fit seamlessly into the roof of a building. They are available in a variety of colours and styles to match any roof.
  • Warranty: GSE integrated solar panels come with a 10-year warranty.

Positive Input Ventilation Installs in Southend-On-sea and surrounding areas.

The cost of heating a home has increased significantly. Given this, it is no wonder many people are trying their best to reduce the amount of time they have the heating on. Unfortunately, this can give rise to damp and eventually mould as the heating is not on enough to dry out some of the damp houses naturally experience over time. A PIV system can be used to combat this and help prevent damp and the development of mould.
