Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme changes

Lawson Electrical Services EVHS Changes;

Sadly the Government backed grant scheme (EVHS) has changed since the end of March 2022. Below is the current situation direct from the GOV.UK website.

From April 2022, the EVHS will no longer be open to homeowners (including people with mortgages) who live in single-unit properties such as bungalows and detached, semi-detached or terraced housing.

The scheme however does remain open to: Homeowners who live in flats and people in rental accommodation.

Please contact Rob at Lawson Electrical for further information on the grant scheme and any of your EV Charger requirements in the Southend on Sea area.
